Dear PCCI LPC Pres. Mohammad Yasin Badr,
Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to present to your officers and members the "Relevance of Labor Management Cooperation to survive the global economic crisis" at the 1st GMM of your organization.
In addition to the various training programs that DTI-CIC is offering to business and industry to promote their industrial harmony, productivity, quality and competitiveness, our own private consultancy group is in the position to assist your members tackle their day to day operational concerns and needs like those of taxation, government licenses-permits-fees-regulations, and labor related problems like strike-slow down-retrenchment-sabotage-personnel conflicts and the like.
For March 20, 2009, we are offering a half day seminar on tax filing and related matters at the University of the Philippines - School of Labor and Industrial Relation in Diliman, Quezon City. April 15, 2009 is the deadline for the filing of the income taxes for individual and business taxpayers. My wife, former BIR Assistant Commissioner Teresita Luchico will be the main speaker. Another lecturer from the BIR has been invited to speak. One main topic is the implementation of the law which exempts minimum wage earners from income tax. This has created ticklish problem to date. We will also teach you the best kept secrets on how to handle BIR's Letter of Authority, LA, TVN, etc. We will also conduct individual tax clinic after the seminar.
Incidentally, 27 Feb. 2009 is final deadline for the submission of the Alpha List or Compensation & Final Tax. Insure that your accountant or tax agent has already prepared and submitted this requirement.
We will call on you so that we can arrange the attendance of your members. Our fee is only Php2,500 per person (snacks and materials included). A group of four (4) is entitled to one (1) free slot. Early birds (those who will reserve not later than 10 March 2009 is entitled to 10% discount.
Feel free to communicate to us at Tel. No. 6550874; 0917-623-5670; and email: luchicojr@yahoo.com.
